20 hrs/month

  • Travel/Lodging accommodations for yourself.
  • Unlimited text & email exchange with your VA Mon - Fri 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST.

Executive

40 hrs/month

  • Entry Package +
  • Total of 2 Strategy Calls (30 minutes each)
  • Inbound & Outbound calls to your clients/customers.
  • Calendar Management/Scheduling
  • Document & Content preparation.
  • Unlimited text & email exchange with your VA Mon - Fri 9:00 AM - 7 :00 PM EST.
  • Your VA can travel to/with you to assist at your expense. Must be arranged a minimum of 15 days in advance.

Elite

80 hrs/month

  • Executive Package +
  • Total of 4 Monthly Strategy Calls (30-60 minutes)
  • Special Projects and presentation preparation.
  • Data Entry
  • Unlimited text & email exchange with your VA 7 days/week as follows: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sat-Sun 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST.
  • Your VA can travel to/with you to assist. 100% at your VA's expense. Must be arranged a minimum of 30 days in advance. 

"PPP" 

Pay Per Product

This package is designed for clients who may not require a full time VA & would like to have the convenience of an "As Needed" contract. 

  • Requires a monthly retainer fee. This affords you the opportunity to submit a task request to your VA at any time. 
  • Strategy Call availability
  • Administrative tasks are fulfilled upon request. 
  • Administrative tasks are priced individually & invoiced accordingly. 
  • After 3 months of on-time retainer fees, you will become eligible to receive a discount of our Executive or Elite package when a term contract is signed. 

Term Contracts

Our term contracts have been developed to provide you with the ability to choose how long you desire the services of having a Virtual Assistant. Offering short & long term contracts is an added benefit for our clients.   

3 Months

Beginning with a short, 3 month term contract gives you the opportunity to get adjusted to having a VA at your side. 

Requires monthly payment in full on the same date of each month. 

At the conclusion of your 3 month term, you may choose to renew, upgrade or discontinue. 

6 Months

Securing a 6 month term contract tells us that you are in tune with your needs and may have some expectations for your VA to meet. 

With this contract, your monthly payment is due in full on the same date of each month. 

At the conclusion of your 6 month term, you may choose to renew, upgrade or discontinue. 

9 Months

If you have chosen our 9 month term contract, you may have a special project that you're working on with upcoming launch dates or you have a business that requires much attention. Either scenario, we are fit for the task. 

Monthly fees for Executive or Elite packages are eligible for bi-weekly payouts upon approval.

Your ninth month of services is eligible for 25% off. (Restrictions apply) 

At the conclusion of your 9 month term, you may choose to renew, upgrade or discontinue. 

12 Months

Selecting our 12 month term contracts lets us know you need longevity & we are here for the long haul. 

Monthly fees for Executive or Elite packages are eligible for bi-weekly payouts upon approval. 

With eleven on-time payments, your twelfth month of fees are half off. 

At the conclusion of your 12 month term, you may choose to renew or discontinue. 

Renewing a 12 month term will earn you a 5% discount on monthly fees. (Restrictions apply) 

Additional Services Available

Here are some additional services that may be beneficial for you. 
  • Office Administration Coordination
    • Training services for your on-site office staff, emphasizing greater efficiency, increased productivity, professionalism & work ethic.
    • Office setup - filing systems, work distribution, in-office communication, office attire.
    • Surveys conducted to assess & address office morale and cooperative behaviors.
    • Team building exercises. 
       
  • Web Design
    • Offered as a single service with no contract required.
    • Clients with a confirmed term contract will receive a 20% discount for a newly designed website.
